Scott is a professionally qualified civil and structural engineer with his main experience being in construction contracting and design build turnkey projects. After 2015 he began consulting in the post-built environment and established himself as head of operations in Itihad Community Management looking after all of the maintenance contracts, as well as procuring retrofit works to improve the amenity and efficiency of the portfolio of built assets.
